These are held by the sea on the beaches of Larissa, central Greece and combine
learning with summer vacations. They are held from mid-June till the end of August.
These programmes last for 1, 2 or 3 weeks according to the needs of each individual group.
Participants stay in self-catering flats and lessons are usually held in the mornings, giving
everyone time to enjoy the sea and sun.
Tuition hours are normally 10 hours a week (2 hours a day, Monday to Friday).
Greek evenings with Greek cuisine and dancing are included, as are shopping trips to Larissa.
Excursions to various places of interest, such as Meteora and mount Olympus, are available
over the weekends.

Lessons
emphasise on spoken Greek but also
include instructions on reading and writing.
In addition, the programs include tutoring in Greek
traditional dances, evenings with Greek food and
wine, musical events and other activities,in which
all students participate.
There are also optional excursions to the historical
and archaeological sites of Central Greece.
These excursions include:
Vergina
The resting place of Philip II, king of Macedonia
and father of Alexander the Great.
Dion
The ancient city and theatre where you can see an
ancient Greek play.
Meteora
The famous monasteries built on huge granite
monoliths.
Delphi The ancient oracle and navel of the Earth.
